Have the freedom to work they way you choose Regular formal and informal catch ups to ensure you're comfortable in your position Flexible working hours and days based on the needs of each clinician About the role: Travel to clients will be limited around the eastern suburbs Community role seeing home care package elderly clients Home functional assessments, report writing, scope of works, equipment prescription and providing education to stakeholders Work with clients in clinic and perform 1:1 therapy focusing on developing motor skills, functional capacity, capacity building and skill development Completing report writing from home or their office in Footscray Support includes: Receive peer support within your team from Senior OT's Education days once per month focusing on complex cases or with external guest speakers Fortnightly discipline specific team meetings Monthly presentations by senior clinicians to share knowledge and learning Requirements: Minimum 1 year postgraduate experience Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy Drivers license and vehicle AHPRA registration Unrestricted working rights in Australia Interested in this position?
